Whats Included?:
Through The OptionPower Adaptable Licensing Programme you will receive access to the OptionPower 3.2
software based on the number of licenses and keypad capacity that you have ordered. In addition you have the
option to add to OptionPower 3.2 one or more of the special extension modules currently available under the
scheme. These modules currently include:
In addition: All subscribers to the OptionPower Annual Licensing Programme have the option to take advantage
of our Software Maintenance Programme at the fixed low cost of Euro 350 per annum. The Software
Maintenance Programme provides:
1. Software Upgrades
As a Programme participant you will be entitled to all software upgrades for the product or products that you
have licensed as they become available during your contract period. You will automatically be notified by email
of upgrade availability, the latest technical advisories, patches and plug-ins for OptionPower™ & any of the
OptionPower Modules.
2. Telephone Support Incidents
Our support centers are staff by skilled personnel who provide assistance with any technical problems involved
with your OptionPower™ software or hardware. Each technical support assistant is specifically trained to
perform in-depth trouble shooting activities over the telephone and by email. Access to telephone
support is available through your local distributors during normal working hours or when necessary directly from
OptionFinder Europe GmbH (OFE) between specified hours: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central European Time,
Monday through Friday except holidays. (Maximum 5 telephone support calls per annum included in annual fee)
3. Support Via Email
Programme participants receive access to email technical support during regular business hours (9:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. Central European Time, Monday through Friday except holidays. (Maximum 3 e-mail support
messages per annum included in annual fee)
